How can we help?

Getting started

Start gently and understand Wanas from the first moment.

Do I need an account?

No. You can begin as a guest with 8 messages and choose a one-time extension of 8 more. Create an account when you want to save conversations and sync your journey.

What happens to my guest chat when I create an account?

A new account links the guest conversation to the same identity, so you can continue without losing what you wrote.

Which languages does Wanas support?

Arabic is at the heart of Wanas, and the app also supports English.

Can I use light or dark mode?

Yes. You can follow your system setting or choose a theme in the app.

The Wanas app

Download, guest limits, and your account in one place.

Where can I download Wanas?

Wanas is available for Android. Use the Download page to open its official Google Play listing and install it directly.

Does creating an account start a subscription?

No. A paid plan starts only after you explicitly choose and confirm a purchase.

Is Wanas available on iPhone?

Not yet. An App Store version is planned for a future release.

Conversations and memory

Understand the difference between what you say and what you choose to save.

Does Wanas permanently remember everything I say?

No. Conversation history and long-term memory are separate. A proposed memory is shown for your approval before it is saved.

Can I delete a memory?

Yes. You can edit, disable, or permanently delete approved memory items in Settings.

Privacy and data

Your data is yours, and control begins with you.

Do you sell personal data?

No. Wanas does not sell personal data.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. In the app, open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Delete Account Permanently. You can also use the account-deletion page if you cannot sign in.

Safety and boundaries

Wanas supports everyday wellbeing and knows its limits.

Is Wanas a therapist or medical app?

No. Wanas supports everyday wellbeing and general reflection. It does not provide treatment, diagnosis, professional care, or emergency services.

What should I do in an emergency?

Do not rely on Wanas. Contact local emergency services, a trusted person, or a qualified professional immediately.
