The Wanas story

We began with a simple question:
Where do unspoken words go?

We built Wanas because language is more than words. Tone, context, and silence can sometimes say more than a sentence.

Wanas crescentAn Arabic companion for everyday wellbeing
The idea

Not an app that wants more of your time.
A space that gives you time back.

Wanas brings conversation, mood, meditation, notes, movement, and adhkar into one space because a human day does not arrive in separate compartments.

We do not want an app to replace people or turn every feeling into a problem. We want a quiet place to breathe, understand what is happening, and choose one small step.

Our principles

Four principles we never orbit away from.

Arabic from the first decision

Arabic is not a translation layer. Tone, context, and every prompt were designed for Arabic-speaking users from the start.

Everyday wellbeing, not treatment claims

Wanas is a space to express, arrange, and breathe—not a doctor, therapist, or substitute for human support.

Privacy is part of the product

Know what is saved, decide what Wanas may remember, and edit, export, or delete your data.

Technology that knows when to quiet down

Success is not keeping you on screen. Two useful minutes before returning to your day is a good experience.

Responsible boundaries

We know what we can do—and what we should never claim.

Wanas supports everyday wellbeing. When a moment is bigger than an app, it clearly directs you to human help or local emergency services instead of keeping you inside the conversation.
