These terms explain what Wanas provides, what it does not provide, and the responsibilities that keep the space safe.
Accepting these terms
By using Wanas, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Last updated: August 18, 2026. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Nature of the service
Wanas is a space for everyday wellbeing and general support. It is not treatment, diagnosis, professional care, or an emergency service.
Emergencies and crisis situations
Do not use Wanas as an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a trusted person now. When risk signals are detected, the app may pause ordinary conversation and direct you to human help.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Wanas. You are responsible for accurate account details and protecting your sign-in method. Guest use is available within the displayed message allowance; some features require a verified account.
Content and artificial intelligence
AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your judgment and do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. You remain responsible for content you add and decisions you make.
Health and activity
Activity data and estimates such as calories are not medical diagnoses. Google Health Connect integration on Android is optional, and results may vary by device, source, and permission. Apple Health is not part of the current Google Play app.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse or attempt to compromise the service, evade allowances, submit unlawful content, harm others, or present Wanas output as advice from a qualified professional.
Subscriptions
Downloading the app or creating an account does not start a subscription or automatic renewal.
If you choose a paid plan, its price, duration, and renewal terms appear before purchase. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under the selected store’s terms.
Intellectual property
The Wanas name, logo, design, software, and original content are protected. You retain rights in content you create and grant us the limited permission needed to process it and provide the features you request.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Wanas and delete your account. We may restrict or terminate access after a material breach or for a security or legal risk, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as available, and features may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee a particular emotional or health outcome.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes, we update the date and provide notice in the app or by email when available.
